Terms of service

The agreement between you and Pulsora when you create an account or use the service.

Last updated November 4, 2026

The service

Pulsora is web analytics for the sites you add: pageviews, visitors, sources, events, revenue attribution and the reports built on them. By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms. If you use Pulsora for a company, you accept them for that company.

Your account

  • Give accurate details and keep your password secret.
  • You are responsible for what happens under your account and your teams, including the members you invite.
  • Only add sites you own or are allowed to measure, and keep each site’s secret token private.

Plans and billing

  • Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. After it, a paid plan is needed to keep collecting data.
  • Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe, and renew until you cancel. Prices are shown on the pricing page.
  • Each plan includes a number of events per month. We email you at 80%, 90% and 100% of it. Above the limit, pageviews and custom events are not recorded until the next period or an upgrade; revenue events are always recorded.
  • You can change or cancel your plan any time from Billing. A cancelled plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
  • If a payment fails or the plan ends, Pulsora stops recording new data. Data already collected stays available to you.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use Pulsora to track people in ways the law of their country does not allow, or without the notices that law requires.
  • Send personal data we do not ask for, such as names or email addresses in event properties or URLs, except the customer identifiers revenue tracking uses.
  • Send fake or automated traffic, overload the service, probe it for weaknesses or get around plan limits.
  • Copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service, or use it to build a competing product.

Your data

The analytics data from your sites belongs to you. You give us permission to store and process it only to run Pulsora for you, as the privacy policy describes. You can export it while your account is active.

For your sites’ visitors you are the controller and Pulsora processes their data on your behalf. You are responsible for telling them about it where the law requires.

Google integrations

Connecting Google Search Console is optional and needs your permission in Google. Pulsora reads that data only to show your search reports and handles it as the privacy policy describes. Your use of Google’s services stays subject to Google’s own terms. The site audit crawls only the sites you add and follows their robots.txt.

Availability

We work to keep Pulsora fast and available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, add or remove features. If we remove something you pay for, we will tell you in advance.

Liability

Pulsora is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not let us limit.

Ending the service

You can delete your sites, teams or account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or does not pay, after notice where we reasonably can.

Changes

We may update these terms. For changes that matter, we will email account owners before they take effect. Using Pulsora after that means you accept the new terms.
