Usage is counted per team across all of its sites. As the month fills up, owners and admins hear about it three times, once at each step, with a link to move up a tier.

How does the free trial work?
Every new team gets 14 days with every feature. No card is needed to start; you pick a tier when the trial ends. When the trial ends, tracking pauses until you pick a tier.
How do I pay?
Checkout runs on Stripe. Once you subscribe, Billing links to the Stripe billing portal for your payment details.
Can I change tier or switch to annual?
Yes, from Billing. The change applies straight away and Stripe prorates the difference.
What counts as an event?
Each pageview, custom event and revenue event your sites send counts once toward the team’s monthly total. Using the dashboard does not count.
What happens near my limit?
Owners and admins get an email at 80%, 90% and 100% of the month’s events. Pulsora keeps recording up to 10% over the limit, then pauses pageviews and custom events until the month resets or you upgrade. Revenue events are always recorded.
How much does annual billing save?
An annual plan costs 10 months of the monthly price, so 2 months are free.
Do you offer more than 10M events?
Enterprise Plus is the largest tier. If you send more than it covers, write to us and we will talk it through.
