# MCP server

Let Claude Code, Cursor and other AI agents read your Pulsora analytics through the Model Context Protocol.

Pulsora runs an [MCP](https://modelcontextprotocol.io) server, so you can ask your coding agent things like "how did the launch post do this week?" and get real numbers. It reads the same data as the [stats API](https://pulsora.co/docs/api/stats) and can't change anything.

## Connect [#connect]

Create an API key in **Team settings → API keys**, then add the server to your client.

**Other clients**: use the Streamable HTTP transport with the URL above and the `Authorization` header. The server is stateless and answers with plain JSON.

## Tools [#tools]

| Tool | What it returns |
| --- | --- |
| `list_sites` | The sites the key can read. |
| `get_stats` | Visitors, pageviews, sessions, bounce rate and duration, against the previous range. |
| `get_timeseries` | Visitors and pageviews per day. |
| `get_breakdown` | Top pages, sources, referrers, campaigns, countries, devices, browsers, OS, events, outbound links or downloads. |
| `get_goals` | Goals with visitors, conversion rate and revenue. |
| `get_funnels` | Funnels with conversion, drop-off and revenue per step. |
| `get_revenue` | Revenue, transactions, refunds and MRR. |

Every tool except `list_sites` takes a `site` domain and an optional range: `period` (`today`, `7d`, `30d`, `90d`, `365d`) or `start_date` and `end_date`.

- "Compare this month's revenue with last month and tell me which sources drove it."
- "Where do people drop off in the signup funnel?"
- "Did the launch post on the 3rd change signups?"

## Security [#security]

- A key reads every site in its team. Create one key per agent or machine, so you can revoke just that one.
- Agents send tool results to their model provider. Only connect Pulsora to agents you'd share these numbers with.
- Keys are limited to 120 requests a minute.
